Four years ago Joseph Visconti bought Twin Vee PowerCats and invested over $2 million in CAD/CAM software and five-axis routers to overhaul the model lineup. The result of that investment is the new OceanCat 230 JP.

The center-console model is set up for fishing with ample space to move around the boat. The OceanCat 230 has livewell deep enough for an 11-gallon tank, an insulated rear fish box as well as fish boxes on the helm to port and starboard, and an insulated cooler under the front seat.

The helm has an aluminum leaner seat complete with rod holders, a drink holder and stowage under the seat. Owners will love the freshwater stern shower with a 6-gallon tank.

Twin Vee touts the 23-footer as the perfect starter fishing boat at an affordable price.

If buyers want to move up in the line, the Fort Pierce, Florida company offers nine models in the OceanCat series. The 230 JP is the smallest with the 360 GF as the largest offering.
