The awards keep rolling in for the Blackfin 332CC.

The center-console model was named one of Boating Industry’s 2019 Top Products in early May. The list features the best new or updated products and services for the marine industry.

Boating Industry liked the wide array of standard features and amenities on the 332CC including the forward-console seating with molded-in storage for buckets and dive tanks. The magazine was a big fan of the patent-pending pantographic head door.

Blackfin was one of a handful of center-console builders recognized by the magazine for innovative products. The criteria is that the product had to introduced or significantly updated since January. More than 150 products were submitted for consideration.

In February, Blackfin won the coveted Innovation Award at the Miami International Boat Show. The award is organized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and Boating Writers International.

The eight judges picked the 332CC from dozens of entries in the Center Consoles/Walkaround Fishing boats category. Alan Jones, president of Boating Writers International and awards judge, said what set the 332CC apartment from the competition was “a fully-featured fishing boat packed with features normally found on much larger console designs.”

The Blackfin 332CC is the flagship of the company’s product line. The double stepped-hull design was designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design to appeal to hardcore fisherman as well as for family entertainment and excursions.

Blackfin Boats features five models from 21 feet to 33 feet and the boats are built Williston, Florida. The boat builder will soon introduce a 38’ center console and a 24’ duel console debuting in August.
