Scout Boats calls its new 330 LXF the “perfect meld of superior craftsmanship and ingenuity” and it’s hard to argue when stepping onto the luxurious center-console boat. The helm is protected by a powder-coated T-top with a full windshield and LED rope lights provide lighting when cruising at sunset.
A leaning post is an anglers dream with three tackle drawers, a 65-quart YETI slide-out cooler, a sink in the countertop and a fiberglass cooler box. Buyers can replace a cutting board with a grill and add a refrigerator.
The 330 LXF’s cabin includes U-shape seating and converts into a sleeping area along with an electric marine head with a 12-gallon holding tank. For power, the 330 LXF is available with Mercury or Yamaha outboards. In a factory test with twin Yamaha F425 outboards, the boat was on plane in 5 seconds and reached a top speed of 66.4 mph at 6,100 rpm.
